To be eligible to become a HubNugget, you must have joined HubPages within the last 60 days, and have an author score of 75 or above. Your Hub must have been published within the last 7 days, and have a hub score of 55 or above. That's the whole eligibility package.
You can do this, even if you are new to HubPages. If you have not yet joined, do not hesitate -Join Today - for free, with a minimum of exertion.
You may ask yourself, "How can I build up those scores?" Here's how:
Be your creative self. Compose a Hub full of original content that is well written, without spelling errors, and grammatically correct according to your own regional English. This might include fun dialects in parody Hubs, if we can understand them!
Try 1 or 2 relevant photos with easy-to-use photo capsules, while a video related to the subject matter adds value.
Remember that you can move your capsules around to create an attractive layout, so try a few different arrangements and find the one that snaps into eye-catching appeal for you.
Then preview your Hub and make changes, if you think you need to do so.
If you like what you are seeing, hit the "Publish" button and you're done.

belief713 - We have several writers in the HubNuggets Team and we rotate weeks for writing these HubNugget Hubs. Each week we have to review 100s of Hubs, make selections as a group, and one of the writers puts together the Hub, personally notifies all 15 nominees, and at the end of the week, notifies the 5 winners. The winners are also placed into the HubPages Newsletter. And BT Evilpants interviews some winners - so look through your Inboxes and Spam folders in case you win and receive an email from him.
The poll accumulates the votes for us. :)

I was totally shocked to see that I have been nominated for this. I am very honored to be nominated. I did not even know about hubnuggets before finding out that I was nominated.
Thank you so much for your support, Jen (my very first hubpage fan!) and all of your wonderful comments, including the one here. You have encouraged me more than you know in these past few weeks.
I told my childhood friend and second hub fan, Krisvia, over the phone that I was awed by this and she said, "yes, you are odd."
