Patti, if I read this correctly, the only jobs available to non-degreed, non-construction relatives of military personnel soon to be transferred to Gulfport MS would be in the casinos of Biloxi, right?

dutch84 - thanks fo ryou comment!

JamaGenee - Let's see - The Top 10 in my first section DON'T require degrees and they pay well. I will number them so they are easier to see. Also, healthcare has a lot more openings that don't require degrees - med techs, med assistants, LPNs) certificats of months up to 2 years), RNs (3-years I believe). I'll do a hub on Gulfport area and we'll see exactly what is there!

Thanks, Patti. Alas, these particular relatives don't have any experience in the Top 10 in the first section, except maybe for Sales or Claims Adjuster...that's a thought. Will be looking forward to your hub on the Gulfport area!

My family lives in New Orleans and they're all in the healthcare field. It's quite easy to find a job working at a hospital. Plus, schools like Delgado CC offer 2 year Nursing and Allied Health degrees. Not to mention the cost of living is cheap and the tuition low.
